Our consortiums quality assurance system relies on procedures well defined for each of our services (standards, research and documentation, intellectual property rights, integrated teams etc.) and that will be implemented by the Executive Producer together with the Project Managers.

IMAGINA has received ISO 9001 Certification for Audiovisual Post-production and is currently in the certifying process for ISO 9001 for Audiovisual Production and ISO 14001 for Environmental Standards.

EURODATA TV (MÉDIAMÉTRIE) has received ISO 9001 Quality Certification in 1998 which was renewed in 2005. All media monitoring reports from EURODATA TV (MÉDIAMÉTRIE) are objective and certified.

We are aiming at a 100% satisfaction with our intervention. All our clients in each of our companies have developed long-term relationships with us.

Our consortium has a quality management system which comprises satisfaction surveys at regular intervals. We plan to establish a stable relationship with DG SANCO to periodically assess our skills and added-value in a critical way. These internal surveys will cover the whole range of our intervention for the DG SANCO. On the basis of these results we will work on an optimisation of our tasks and procedures. Meetings in Brussels will be organized upon client request with no delays.
